For ToWard Futures - Earth Angel Tracey:

1. Services offered — tarot, intuitive readings, balancing & clearing energy sessions, classes, events, mentoring

2. Booking & payment — payment upfront, AUD currency, flexible payment methods at request

3. Rescheduling —No client rescheduling, in the event of an urgent or emergency at my end you will be notified as soon as possible, then made a priority for your reading to be successfully completed.

4. Cancellations & no-shows — There are no reasons for cancelation

5. Delivery — In most cases same day delivery, video recording, SMS phone, email with links will be sent

6. Refunds — No refund policy this service is for my time, skillset and once I have completed it, the service has been done.

7. Client behaviour — respectful communication, if you have any concerns, feel free to express them with respect

8. Tech issues — If the quality of your video or any issues arise, please inform me and I will do my best to remedy the situation

9. Age — 18+ only

10. Privacy — Your information and reading is stored and protected safely with no third party access

11. Changes to terms — current version applies at time of booking

12. Jurisdiction — Australia

Policy & Procedures

1. Client Care

• You are greeted with respect

• Distressed, upset, or vulnerable client requiring boundaries of my services, you will be encouraged to seek Professional Support

• Within this role I am not a Counsellor, my role is to provide the services for enlightment "Heart Centred"

• If medical / legal / financial topics come up — I will always encourage you to seek the services of a qualified professional

2. Bookings & Sessions

• How bookings are confirmed - via email

• How I prepare for a session - Cleansing my energy and space, setting intentions and alignment with the client's energy

• How long I keep notes / recordings - I keep them permantently as I have had several client's request the links again months after completing them

• What happens if I am sick / tech fails - I will notify you via SMS and email

3. Privacy & Records

• What you collect: name, email, mobile, DOB for readings, acknowledgement form

• Where I store it — In a locked, password Database

• Who can see it — only me

• Dropbox: I use drop box for the link to be downloaded via the email, this will be deleted within a few days as other readings take preference. It's important that you do download it to keep

• If you have no resource to download and save your reading, please inform me and I will upload your reading to my YouTube Channel, set it as Private and provide you with your own link, this will sit permanently for you to access via the link anytime

• No sharing of client information with third parties

4. Complaints

• How a client can complain — email me directly

• How quickly I will respond — e.g. within 3 business days

• How I will record it and what I will do - Take the information under advisement, resolve with a solution or options, provide the response with loving energy to the client for consideration, store all written communication within the client's file on the Database and once a remedy has been resolved, close the action

5. Boundaries & Safety

• No sessions with anyone under 18

• No sessions where alcohol or drugs are being used, if someone is intoxicated / distressed to the point they cannot consent (In Person or Group Readings)

• Substance within the human body impacts on soul connections and places everyone at risk

• Respectful communication — I will end a session if a client is abusive and disbar from further engagement

• No contact outside booked sessions except for booking / admin / group classes or events - Via email or phone. I will respond when I am available to do so at my earliest convenience

6. Marketing & Testimonials

• I only use a testimonial with written permission

7. Disclaimer / Terms Updates

• I review the Disclaimer, Terms, and Policies every 12 months or when required

• I update the date / version number when I change them

6. Balancing Sessions

Any reference to “balancing” on this website refers to spiritual / energetic balancing for personal reflection and wellbeing support only.

Balancing sessions are not medical treatment, therapy, counselling, psychology, physiotherapy, or any other regulated health service. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Information you share during a reading will be treated with respect and kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Please do not share highly sensitive personal, medical, or financial information during a reading.

8. Age Restriction

Readings and sessions are provided only to clients aged 18 years and over.

By booking or participating, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

9. Refund Policy

Because readings and sessions involve time, energy, and personalised preparation and delivery, refunds are not available once a reading or session has been delivered.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any dispute arising from these services will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance
